Become an Authorized Lab
Authorized Labs can offer security testing for one or more Alliance certification programs. The Alliance uses an external certification body, TrustCB, to manage the lab authorization process, review profile assessments, and issue the final certificate.
All labs must be ISO/IEC 17025-accredited and complete proficiency evaluations for the specific profiles for which services will be offered.
STEP 1
Petition to become an Authorized Lab
STEP 2
Begin the ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation process
STEP 3
Complete a trial evaluation with TrustCB oversight
STEP 4
Complete the ISO/IEC 17025 audit
*Ongoing maintenance of the authorization is also required
