Authorized Labs

Interested in becoming an authorized lab?

ADA Authorized labs can offer security testing for one or more ADA Profiles (Mobile, Web App, Cloud App and Config). However, ADA uses an external Certification Body (TrustCB) to manage the new lab authorization process, review profile assessments and issue the final profile certificate. All labs must be ISO/IEC 17025 accredited and complete a proficiency evaluation for the specific profiles in which services will be offered. 

Step 1 - Petition to become an ADA Security Test Lab (ASTL)

Step 2 - Begin the ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation Process

Step 3 - Trial Evaluation with TrustCB Oversight

Step 4 - Completion of the ISO/IEC 17025 Audit

*Ongoing maintenance of the authorization is also required
